Eligibility Criteria (As on 14.08.2026)
1. Educational Qualification
- Assistant Engineer (AE) - Civil/Mechanical: A Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Junior Engineer (JE) - Civil/Electrical: A Degree OR a 3-Year Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Board/Institution.
2. Age Limit & Relaxation
The standard age limit for all posts is 21 to 30 years as on the cut-off date (14.08.2026). Age relaxations are provided as per Government of India norms:
- SC/ST: 05 Years
- OBC: 03 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years (Gen/EWS), 13 Years (OBC), 15 Years (SC/ST)
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 05 Years
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The final selection will be based entirely on the Computer Based Test (CBT). There is NO INTERVIEW or skill test for these posts.
CBT Examination Scheme:
- Total Questions: 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Total Marks: 120 Marks (1 Mark per question)
- Time Duration: 120 Minutes (2 Hours)
- Negative Marking: 0.33 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
