HPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 358 Graduate Vacancies

HPCL has announced a total of 358 training slots spread across India. Here is the distribution for some major states (check official PDF for all states):

• Telangana: 19 Slots
• Delhi: 18 Slots

• Andhra Pradesh: 15 Slots

Note: Candidates can select only one state of preference during the application process.

1. Age Limit (as on 31-07-2026)

Candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years of age.

• SC/ST Relaxation: 5 Years
• OBC-NC Relaxation: 3 Years
• PwBD Relaxation: 10 Years

2. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess an Engineering Graduation degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation streams.

• The graduation should have been completed on or after 01-09-2023. Candidates passing before this date are not eligible.
• UR / OBC-NC: Minimum 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years.
• SC / ST / PwBD: Minimum 50% aggregate marks across all semesters/years.

3. Other Conditions

Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or have one year or more of work experience are NOT eligible to apply.

Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000/-. (₹20,500 will be paid by HPCL directly and ₹4,500 will be paid by the Government of India under the DBT scheme).

Application Fee: There is No Application Fee required for applying to this apprenticeship program.

The HPCL selection will be completely based on academic merit:

1. Merit Screening: Applications will be screened based on the merit percentage (marks) obtained in the qualifying Engineering Graduation.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification in a ratio of 1:5. Intimation will be sent via registered email.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to apply for HPCL Graduate Apprentice 2026:

1. Step 1 (NATS Registration): Candidates must first register themselves and be approved on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) web portal.
2. Step 2 (HPCL Portal): Visit the HPCL Apprentice Application link (jobs.hpcl.co.in/Recruit_New/recruitlogin.jsp) starting from July 15, 2026.
3. Click on the "Sign up for New Registration" option to create login credentials.
4. Log in using your registered email and password.
5. Fill in Personal Details, Contact Details, Qualification Details, and select your preferred State of Training from the dropdown menu.
6. Upload your recent passport-sized photograph and signature.
7. Preview your details carefully, check the declaration boxes, and click on Final Submit. You will receive a confirmation email with your HPCL Application Number.

Warning: Candidates are allowed to fill only ONE application. Multiple applications will lead to rejection.

Q3: Main 2022 ka pass-out hoon, kya main apply kar sakta hoon?

Nahi. Sirf wahi candidates eligible hain jinhone apni Engineering graduation 01 September 2023 ko ya uske baad pass ki hai.

Q4: HPCL apprentice ka selection process kaisa hoga?

Selection poori tarah se merit-based hoga. Aapke Engineering ke percentage (marks) ke aadhar par merit list banegi aur phir Document Verification ke liye bulaya jayega.

Q5: Agar mujhe NATS portal par apply karna nahi aata to kya karun?

HPCL mein apply karne se pehle aapko mandatory roop se NATS 2.0 web portal (nats.education.gov.in) par register aur approve hona zaruri hai. Iske bina aap HPCL ka form final submit nahi kar payenge.
