Selection Process
The selection will be based on the following stages:
- Online Examination: Objective test (100-175 marks) with a negative marking of 0.25 (1/4th) for every wrong answer.
- Group Discussion (GD): If required, depending on candidate volume.
- Personal Interview: Interview carrying 100 marks (minimum qualifying is 50 for UR/EWS, 45 for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
Probation Period & Service Bond: Selected candidates will be on a probation period of 2 years. A service indemnity bond of ₹2 Lakhs to ₹2.5 Lakhs (varies by post) is required for a minimum service period of 3 years.
