Educational Qualification
- Discipline: Mining (Post Code: 10 | GATE Paper Code: MN).
- Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Relaxation: For SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks are relaxed to 55%.
- Note: Candidates must have appeared and qualified in GATE-2025. Final year students completing their degree by 31 August 2026 are also eligible to apply.

⏳ Age Limit (As on 06.06.2026)
The Upper Age Limit is 30 Years as on 06-June-2026 for General (UR) and EWS category candidates.

💰 Compensation, Pay Scale & Service Bond
- Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E-1 Grade with an initial basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month in the scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-.
- Regularization: On successful and satisfactory completion of the 1-year training period, candidates will be regularized in E-2 Grade in the scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- with a one-year probation period.
- Service Agreement Bond: Appointed candidates must serve the company for a minimum of 60 months (5 years). A bond of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) plus applicable GST will be deducted/recovered if the candidate leaves before this period.
⚙️ Selection Process
The selection process for the MT (Mining) post is purely based on the GATE-2025 Score.
- Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE-2025 Scores in the Mining (MN) paper in a 1:3 ratio (3 candidates for 1 vacancy) category-wise.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME).
- Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared based entirely on GATE-2025 Scores. No personal interview will be conducted.
