- ITI Certificate — National Trade Certificate (NTC) ya Provisional Certificate NCVT/SCVT se, relevant trade mein

- Dono marks ka aggregate milaakar merit list tayyar hogi
- Jis trade mein apprenticeship karni ho, usi trade ka ITI count hoga
- Tiebreaker Rule 1: Same marks → umar mein bada candidate prefer hoga
- Tiebreaker Rule 2: Same DOB bhi same → pehle Matric pass hua candidate pehle consider hoga
Grade-based Boards (AP, Kerala etc.)
Andhra Pradesh, Kerala jaisi boards jahan grades milte hain, wahan SECR Nagpur Division grade ke midpoint lega, har subject ko 100 marks out of maan ke average calculate karega.
After Merit List — Verification aur Medical
- Shortlisted candidates ko sabhi original certificates ki verification ke liye bulaya jayega
- Railway ke norms ke mutabik Medical Examination hoga
- Medical certificate Government authorized Doctor (Gazetted) — Assistant Surgeon se neeche nahi — se signed hona chahiye

Apna pasandeeda option choose karein — ek hi jagah apply kar sakte hain.
Portal ke Qualification section mein 10th marks aur ITI marks dono zaroori hain. Koi bhi ek bhi chhoot gaya toh application automatically reject — koi manual review nahi hoga.
Jo ITI trade aapne ki ho, usi trade ko select karein. Apna preferred unit (Nagpur Division ya Motibagh) choose karein.
Agar portal par EWS ya Ex-Servicemen ka option nahi dikh raha, toh apni actual category (UR/OBC/SC/ST) se apply karein aur EWS/Ex-Servicemen certificate physically SECR Nagpur Office mein bhejein.
Form submit karne par ek Registration Number generate hogi — ise save karein. Aage ki saari communication aur shortlisting ke liye yahi kaam aayegi.
