⚙️ Selection Process
- Preliminary Examination: Objective Type (150 Marks) – Qualifying in nature. 15× vacancies shortlisted for Mains.
- Main (Written) Examination: 6 Papers (500 Marks) – Merit deciding. 3× vacancies shortlisted for Interview.

- Step 1 – OTR Registration: If not already done, register at otr.pariksha.nic.in to get your One Time Registration (OTR) Number. Do this at least 72 hours before the last date.
- Step 2 – Authenticate: Go to uppsc.up.nic.in → All Notifications/Advertisements → APO 2025 → Click "Apply" → Click "Authenticate with O.T.R." → Enter OTR Number → Authenticate via OTP or OTR Password.
- Step 3 – Part 1 (Auto-filled): Personal details from your OTR will be auto-populated. Fill in the essential educational qualification details.
- Step 4 – Part 2 (Application Form): On the Applicant Dashboard, click "Submit Details" under Application Part-2. Fill in permanent/correspondence address and preferential qualification details (Yes/No against each).
- Step 5 – Pay Fee: After Part 2, the Fee Confirmation Window appears. Click "Yes" → Proceed to SBI MOPS payment page. Pay via Net Banking, Card, or other modes. Download the Payment Transaction Slip.
- Step 6 – Final Submission: The complete application form will be displayed. Take a printout and keep it safe for future reference.
- Step 7 – Correction (if needed): Any modification allowed ONCE via Candidate Dashboard Login before 24 October 2025.
- Do NOT send any hard copy documents to the Commission at the Preliminary stage.
- Candidates must preserve soft/hard copies of all stages (OTR, fee payment, final submission).
- Category, sub-category, domicile, gender, and date of birth once submitted cannot be changed after the last date. Any wrong information will lead to cancellation of candidature.
