📥 How to Download UPSC CSPE 2026 e-Admit Card?
- Step 1: Visit the official UPSC OTR portal: upsconline.nic.in
- Step 2: Click on the "e-Admit Card" link for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2026.
- Step 3: Log in using your Registration ID and Date of Birth / Password.
- Step 4: Your e-Admit Card will appear on the screen. Verify all details carefully.
- Step 5: Download and take a colour printout of the e-Admit Card.

📋 UPSC CSPE 2026 – Important Exam Day Guidelines
✅ Documents to Carry
- Printout of e-Admit Card (mandatory – candidates without it will NOT be allowed to appear).
- Original Photo ID Card whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card.
- Candidates whose photograph on the e-Admit Card is not clear must bring a photo identity card along with two passport-size photographs, one for each session, with an undertaking.
- Candidates who have changed their name after matriculation must carry the e-Admit Card, Government-issued Photo Identity Card, and original Gazette Notification of the changed name.
- Black Ball Point Pen (mandatory for filling OMR Answer Sheets and Attendance List).
🚫 Items NOT Allowed Inside the Venue
- Mobile phones, smart/digital watches, other IT gadgets, books, bags, valuables/costly items, etc.
- Smart watches or watches with any special accessory that could be used as a communication device.
- Notes on e-Admit Cards, papers, erasers, or any other incriminating material.
⏰ Reporting Time
Candidates are advised to enter the Examination Venue well in time — preferably One and a Half Hours before the commencement of the session — for Face Authentication/Identity Verification and Frisking.
⌚ Wrist Watches
Use of normal or simple wrist watches is allowed inside the Examination Rooms/Halls. However, watches fitted with any special accessory or smart watches are strictly prohibited.
📵 Disciplinary Action
Possession (even in switched-off mode) or use of Mobile Phones and other Electronics/Communication devices, or violation of any instruction shall entail disciplinary action which may include:
- Cancellation of candidature
- Filing of FIR/police complaint against the candidate
- Prohibition from appearing in subsequent sessions/days of the Examination
- Any other appropriate action as per provisions of the Examination Rules of CSE, 2026
