⚙️ Mode of Selection
The recruitment process for IAF Civilian Group 'C' Posts 2026 involves the following stages:
- Scrutiny of Applications: All applications will be scrutinised for age limit, minimum qualification, and completeness. Only eligible candidates will be issued call letters for the Written Test.
- Written Test (100% Weightage): Objective-type examination. The written test will be based on the minimum educational qualification prescribed for each post.
